#exposemyself Challenge Day 0
I am finally launching this blog. Thank you for hanging in here as I work out the kinks & get into the rhythm of things. I’m beginning this with a series of Exposing Myself - it's the #exposeyourself challenge - but I explain here in a bit why I changed it.
I'm going to do something that’s kinda scary & challenging. If you choose, YOU will get to witness it 🙂
3 things I value & desire more of:
Grounded confidence in & expression of who I am & willing to embrace others for who & where they are on their own journey.
Consistency in showing up & creating sacred spaces for my people.
Deep connections
They may seem simple, yet not always easy to do; especially as an introvert suffering from extreme burn out & very protective of her energy bank. I’ve also noticed how I tend to hide or keep silent; even on topics that I have strong opinions -or even affections - I’d like to express.
