I had to put a hold this week on Prayers & Promises Devotionals - they will resume in a few days. We have had a huge shift in household and I thought I was prepared; however I was not. So apologies while I take a breather and adjust to the new rhythms while keeping my own wellness a priority. I have decided to give the first 30 days for FREE instead of just 7 … so enjoy!
I was discussing with my daughter the feelings of oppression we both feel this week. We aren’t being oppressed by people or demons or whatever. When we were in Colorado, she describes it felt so light and free. We come back to Texas and feel an oppression of heaviness all around us. I’m sure altitude has a lot to do with it - but theres just a vibe / energy in the community where we live that neither of us handle well. We both hate it and dream of moving away from here one day. I hate it because she really needs it; but I’m the type of person who stays and supports her mom in her community and I’m not leaving her behind. My daughter is counting the days she turns 18 and she can skip town. I don’t blame her and I hope she can make it work.
I was looking at a news report on a local news fb page and all of the negative and outright hateful comments on it. I saw a similar story on another news page for a station at one of the places we are considering moving one day and there were no unsupportive, discompassionate remarks - all were an outpouring of concern and condolences etc. Tells a story of the heavy vs light energy right there.

In less than a month, I’ve gone from the most depressed and overweight I’ve been in my life to today. Am I aging backwards? How?
After years of struggling with menopause weight gain, I have finally found that magic combination that I credit with some great, affordable supplements and my non-negotiable morning routine.

I wake up, make my bed, and I mix the watermelon drink scoop with part water and part tart cherry juice or some splashes of lime juice (I can’t handle the sweetener) along with one scoop of ON Amino Energy. Fun Fact: We are not designed to break down collagen - which is so hot right now! What does collagen break down in to? Aminos! Amino Energy is so much easier on your digestive track!
I eat a graham cracker first because you do not want to drink this on an empty stomach!!! Then I drink it down. And I then do morning priming inspired by Tony Robbins & this 6 Phase Meditation by “the Mindvalley dude.” and I’m in the process of creating my own version.
Then, I get on the vibration plate for 10 minutes every day; for three days in the week I do this workout on the vibration plate.
Then, I walk 15 minutes on my treadmill - or when in Colorado - my walk was 30 minutes outside. I started with 10 minutes week 1, 12.5 minutes week 2, 15 minutes right now. But my goal - is to get on the treadmill every day. That’s it. Don’t even have to walk on it. Just get on it. for 90 days. Then, if I choose to walk - my minimum was 10 minutes. You can start with 5 - doable right? Or walk outside or at a park. Whatever you can do. Just move!
I drink a lot of water & take my Power of 3 (P3) capsule from the Limitless Duo and I mix up my Kodiak Cakes PEAK Instant Oatmeal (berries and cream is my favorite flavor) and I leave it to set while I go wash my face and wash up and prepare for my day.
Note: Do not take P3 BEFORE workout - you will have to work really hard to get your heart rate up - it has that strong of affect - it calms everything. Some people take it at night. Also, if you do order, PLEASE only start with 1/3 of the serving of the drink the first day. Then gradually work up … 1/2 serving… 3/4 serving… It is super powerful and your body needs to adjust to it. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
I don’t check messages or social media or inbox until that routine is done.
So, that’s it. I feel amazing. If you want more energy and focus, I encourage you to try the sample. The drink will last you more than 4 days when you ease into it. I only use half of a serving - not an entire serving. I think because I combine it with Amino Energy - it’s enough and I will sometimes get the other half of the serving in the afternoon if I hit a slump or something. But that is rare!
