What is the one thing that lights you up?
The one thing that you absolutely love.
The one thing that you do just for you - and you may not do it that often because it makes you feel guilty.
For some it can be painting or creating. For others, it’s gardening or reading a book. Others it’s connecting to nature or creating in the kitchen. Maybe it’s hiking outdoors or climbing a mountain.
So, the second part to this:
When was the last time you did that thing?

My challenge to you today is to SCHEDULE IT - make it a non-negotiable. Whether it’s 10 minutes or an hour or whatever you can spare, schedule it into your week every week or every other week. (No less often than that!) Maybe you have more than one thing - if so, you can alter them. But make this a priority.
You (like my clients) will thank me for this later.
